Once she grabs her sister's face, you can only hear a few words, but what I gather is "Let's just do bubbles, okay?"

That was the most adorable thing ever! I think if Hillary Clinton just traveled the world holding on to people and saying "Let's just do bubbles, 'kay?" there would be perfect peace. Of course, first she has to yell "Turn around!" Going to go watch the video seven or eight more times... Pat
